PCB Design for Compact Devices
Mettler Design’s experienced Electronics team excels in creating innovative solutions for challenging projects. For this project, we had to develop a PCB for a device with limited internal space. By thinking outside the box and maintaining constant communication with our design engineers, we designed a PCB that is exceptionally efficient and perfectly fits the device. We also had to restructure the mechanical aspect of the device to integrate this PCB without compromising the structural integrity of the casing. This project is a demonstrates our interdisciplinary teamwork coupled with our our ability to integrate diverse expertise to achieve outstanding results.

Coding and Hardware-in-the-Loop Testing
Our coding team developed an efficient, high-quality software for this PCB. We rigorously test the code with the hardware to ensure integration and optimal performance in the final product. Our Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testers work closely with design teams to verify and validate the functionality, ensuring that all components work together flawlessly. Only such a collaborative approach can guarantee a complete solution for our clients.
